At Fairbairn's Crests, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, high-resolution heraldic designs to help you celebrate your heritage.
Because our products are instantly delivered digital goods (PNG and SVG files), they cannot be returned in the traditional sense. By purchasing and downloading our files, you agree to the following terms:
All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once your payment has been processed and the download links have been generated and sent to you, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Exceptions
While our general policy is strictly no refunds, your satisfaction and ability to use your artwork is very important to us. We will gladly work with you to resolve your issue in the following situations:

Corrupted or Broken Files: If you are unable to open or use the file due to a technical error or corruption on our end, please contact us. We will verify the issue and immediately provide a working replacement file.

Wrong File Delivered: If our system accidentally delivers a different family crest than the one you ordered, we will correct the error and send the correct files right away.

Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product twice within the same transaction, please contact us for a refund of the duplicate charge.
Technical Support
Before requesting support, please remember that SVG files are professional design files and often cannot be viewed natively on a smartphone. We highly recommend downloading your files to a desktop or laptop computer.
